  Visit our online return portal or bring your item and original receipt to any local Buff City Soap Makery within 30 days of purchase.

  Pack Your Products

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; for safety and hygiene reasons, we prefer products to be unused or gently sampled.

  Submit for Inspection

  Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria and confirm your refund eligibility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, or you can opt for an immediate in-store exchange.
